With a unique blend of military precision and entrepreneurial expertise, our founder is dedicated to empowering startups and organizations to scale effectively. An Army Veteran with over two decades of military and civilian leadership experience—including roles as Platoon Leader, Executive Officer, Company Commander, and Vice President—she pairs her strategic insight with a strong academic foundation in Communications, Management & Leadership, and Corporate Innovation & Entrepreneurship. She has been instrumental in launching five new programs for non-profits, developing and launching a mobile app, consulting on brand expansions for B2B and B2C companies, and driving strategic growth across diverse industries.
